Retail Dealer Guidelines
- Your business must have a valid/current resale certificate, reseller license or a tax ID when applicable. (As a retailer this license or certificate allows you to purchase items for sale without paying sales tax. However when you resell the items, you must charge the buyer sales tax assuming you live in a state with sales tax. Of course, the tax you've collected has to be reported and paid to the state.
- Pricelists are available to retailers only.
- Minimums: We request a minimum of six (6) of any one item unless a different amount is specified. Due to the nature of our production, we prefer to sell by the batch.
- Online auctions: We do not want you to re-sell our products through any online auction site (Ex: eBay). Also, if your business has a web site, we require that your store have a web address of its own.
- Web page images: Any retailers may not take images/pictures/photos from our web site. Le FP Green Body Care will happily send any images needed free of charge. It is extremely important that we maintain Le FP's presentation and image as aesthetically as possible on the web or in paper products.
- Testers: We offer testers with the minimum order requirement, but you need to specify it when you order.
- Return Policy: Le FP Green Body Care guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our products. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, return it within 30 days for an even exchange in product. Shipping fees apply. Sorry no refund.
